Section 09 — the family

Seven people.
One balance sheet.

Family members holding no elected office, whose business interests sit alongside the policy areas they or their relatives influence. Every figure here is from congressional letters, Senate committee work, or Forbes tracking.

The aggregate

Wealth change during the term.

Net-worth estimates are inherently imprecise and move with asset prices — American Bitcoin's stock, for instance, fell roughly 90% from its peak. Ranges are given where sources differ. The Center for American Progress puts family gains at $1.8B+ in cash and gifts; House Oversight puts the figure as high as $9.7B including digital assets.

The honest frame

Being rich isn't the finding.

Presidential families have always had business interests, and earning money is not corruption. Adult children are entitled to careers. None of the people on this page holds elected office, and most have never been charged with anything.

Two specific things are documented and worth attention. The first is a structure that repeats: a family investment vehicle takes a position, and federal money subsequently flows to that company — Anduril, Vulcan Elements, the Kazakhstan venture. The second is the president's own statement that his sons have "inside information" in "almost anything they do," which undercuts the administration's standing defence that family business is walled off from official decisions.

What is not established is a proven exchange in any individual case. Sequence is documented. Intent is not. This site holds that line deliberately.
