This page is the easiest one on the site to get wrong, because a missing document invites you to imagine what it says. That imagination is not evidence, and this site does not indulge it.
What is verifiable about the 53 missing pages: serial numbers and discovery logs indicate the documents exist, and they are not in the public database. NPR established that. The Justice Department declined to explain the discrepancy. That is a documented process failure — and it is the whole claim. What those pages contain is unknown, and anyone telling you otherwise is guessing.
The same discipline applies to the sealed report. That it was blocked is a matter of record. That the judge who blocked it had earlier dismissed the underlying charges is a matter of record. What that report would have shown, beyond what has already been reported, is not.
