Almost every technique above works by exhausting attention — flooding it, redirecting it, or outlasting it. None of them work on a written record, because a record doesn't get tired, doesn't move on, and doesn't forget what was said in March by the time December arrives.
That is the entire reason this site exists in the form it does: dated entries, named sources, evidence ratings, and a visible list of the claims that failed checking. It is deliberately boring in the way an audit is boring — and that's the only format these techniques don't beat.
